Refund policy

At CrestXin, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return, refund, or exchange in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused or only lightly used.
  • Be in its original condition.
  • Include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Show no obvious signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Eligible Return Reasons

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You changed your mind (buyer's remorse).
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item does not meet your expectations, provided it is returned in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Promotional or discounted items marked as non-returnable.
  • Gift cards, if applicable.
  • Any item that has been used beyond normal inspection, damaged by the customer, or returned without its original packaging.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or replacement, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

How to Return an Item

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team by email and provide your order number along with the reason for the return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item and attach the prepaid shipping label.
  4. Ship the package according to the instructions provided.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us for authorization.

Return Shipping Fees

For returns due to personal preference or buyer's remorse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

There are no restocking fees or additional processing fees.

If the return is the result of a defective product, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by us, CrestXin will cover the return shipping cost.

If you have already paid the return shipping cost for an approved quality-related return, we will reimburse the actual shipping cost after verification.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, such as PayPal or the original credit/debit card used for the purchase.

We do not charge any restocking fees, and the approved refund amount will not be reduced by any processing fees.

Lost or Damaged Return Packages

If your return package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us investigate the issue, you may be asked to provide supporting documents, such as:

  • Shipping receipt
  • Tracking information
  • Photos of the package, if available

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to reach a fair resolution.
