Thank you for shopping with CrestXin. We are committed to processing and delivering your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

While we make every effort to ship orders within the stated timeframe, processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Destination

CrestXin currently ships within the United States only.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Estimated Transit Time

After your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on the shipping destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Our standard shipping rate is as follows:

• Orders from $0.01 to $100: $8.00 shipping fee

No additional handling fees or hidden shipping charges will be added to your order.

Carriers & Order Tracking

We primarily ship orders through United States Postal Service (USPS).

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. You can also view your tracking information by logging into your customer account.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently deliver only to addresses located within the United States.

International orders are not accepted. In addition, delivery to certain restricted or inaccessible locations may not be available due to carrier limitations.

Shipping Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including:

• National holidays
• Severe weather conditions
• Carrier service interruptions
• Supply chain or transportation delays

If a significant shipping delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible using the contact information provided with your order.

If your package is lost or arrives with significant shipping damage, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue promptly.

Local Pickup & Local Delivery

At this time, CrestXin does not offer in-store pickup or local delivery services.

All orders are shipped directly through our authorized shipping carrier.
